Taps are not detected
Check microphone permission, place the phone closer to the tapping area, and calibrate again. Do not cover the microphone with a case or your hand.
Results are offset
Use headphones and run latency calibration. With the phone speaker, choose echo reduction or the silent visual pulse.
Restore Full
Connect to the Internet, ensure Google Play uses the account that made the purchase, and choose “Restore purchase” on the Full screen. Never email your purchase token.
Safety
Always use a surface that is safe to strike and place the phone beside the tapping area, never inside it. Keep volume at a safe level.
What to include
Phone model, Android and app versions, language, screen name, and a short sequence of actions. Do not send recordings, payment details, or a reviewer code.
