Licence
You receive a personal, non-exclusive, revocable, and non-transferable licence to use DrumPeak on compatible devices associated with your Google Play account. You may not bypass safeguards, resell access, distribute a modified app, or use its code unlawfully.
Free and Full
The free version provides the stated set of lessons and Drill features. Full is a one-time in-app product that unlocks the complete library for the entitled Google Play account. It is not a subscription. Purchase, refund, and restoration are also governed by Google Play terms.
After successful verification, Full may work offline for a limited period. The app will periodically need an Internet connection to renew its secure access proof.
Safety
Place the phone securely beside the practice area. Do not strike the phone, glass, furniture, or any surface that could be damaged. Protect your hearing and use a safe volume. DrumPeak is an educational tool, not a medical or calibrated measurement device.
Service availability
We work to maintain the app and purchase verification, but a testing build may contain defects and features may change. To the extent allowed by law, we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or a particular learning outcome. This does not limit mandatory consumer rights.
